Everything starts with your application. As soon as we receive your project request, we assign it to one of our experienced sales representatives. You can quickly expect a phone call or email to schedule an appointment. During the site visit, we take plenty of time for you: we listen to your needs and wishes, give professional advice and review the different possibilities together. Whether it’s a render façade, a combination with façade insulation, or a total renovation including roof works and windows and doors, we think along with you.
Quote
Based on the site visit, we prepare a clear and transparent quote. In it you get a complete overview of the discussed works. No hidden costs, no surprises: you know exactly what to expect. You receive this quote a few days after the site visit. After your approval of the quote, you receive the advance invoice and we schedule your project in our calendar. We take your wishes into account and review what is possible for our craftsmen in terms of start date.
After payment, we carefully take everything in hand and the real preparation can begin.
Thorough preparation and careful planning
Good preparation is essential to ensure the project runs smoothly and with quality. Our surveyor comes on site to take additional details and precise measurements. Think of window sills, windows or the exact sizing for brick slips. Thanks to this careful approach, we make sure all elements fit well together during execution.
With all details noted, we order the necessary materials from our trusted partners. We deliberately choose high-quality products that guarantee durability and a perfect finish. Once all materials are delivered, we carefully load everything into our van, ready for transport to your site.
Start of the site
On the first day, everything is reviewed and we start the works. The scaffolding is set up, the site is secured and our craftsmen begin the works. From that moment on, you will see your project grow day by day.
The project manager becomes your point of contact during the works. If there are questions, adjustments or additions needed, you can always let us know. We are ready to support you during every step of the project.
Craftsmanship down to the finishing touches
The façade and roof finishing are applied with the greatest care by our workers. Thanks to their experience and eye for detail, you get a smooth, sleek and stylish result that protects your home against the elements for many years.
Whether you choose a classic limewashed façade or a modern colored render combined with insulation, we guarantee a finish that not only looks beautiful but is also functional. For pitched roofs, there is a free choice of roof tiles, and we also help with advice depending on the customer’s needs.

The handover
When the works are completed, we take the time together to review the final result. During the handover, we check the executed works, answer your questions and make sure everything is exactly as you want it.
You receive the final invoice along with the necessary documents and certificates for possible subsidy or grant applications, such as the façade insulation subsidy. This way, you can be sure that everything is administratively correct.
