We always insulate your roof from the outside. The work is always carried out in combination with finishing the roof. Grant for having your roof insulated
The Flemish Government provides Mijn VerbouwPremie for roof renovation and roof insulation. Since 1 March 2026, owner-occupiers in income categories 3 and 4 can still receive a grant for these works. For category 4, the grant amounts to a maximum of 50% of the invoice amount excluding VAT, up to €5,750. For category 3, the maximum is 35%, up to €4,025.
You may also be eligible for additional financial support from your province or municipality.

- Hellend dak: oude dakbedekking verwijderen → isoleren → nieuwe afwerking

Wat kost dakisolatie?
De prijs hangt af van:
- Type dak (plat vs. hellend)

- Materiaal (bv. PIR 12 cm, R-waarde ± 5,0)
Richtprijs: sterk afhankelijk van project, maar grotere daken = lagere prijs per m².
Welke premies krijg je voor dakisolatie?
Via Mijn VerbouwPremie kan je tot ± 40% van je investering terugkrijgen (afhankelijk van inkomen).

How much does it cost to have your roof insulated?
The price for insulating a flat or pitched roof differs from project to project. You need to take into account a whole range of specific factors.
Surface area: the larger your roof, the higher the total cost, but the lower the unit price.
Type of roof: insulating a flat roof is cheaper than a pitched roof with roof windows.
Insulation material: we standardly install 12 cm of PIR insulation (R-value 5.0).
