Site Manager

As a site manager at CLEYS, you are responsible for the full coordination of our construction sites, from the preparatory phase to final delivery. You start each project with a thorough analysis based on the quotation, photos, and input from the sales representative. At the start of the works, you coordinate everything with the client and the workers. You manage several teams, assign tasks, and monitor the progress of the sites on a daily basis through site inspections. You maintain an overview of planning, quality, and efficiency, and report in time which materials are needed. In addition, you carry out measurements for the final cost calculation. During the works, you are the main point of contact for the client and ensure that each project is executed correctly and delivered to perfection.
