In Sint-Maria-Lierde, this house underwent a complete facade renovation with attention to energy efficiency and detail. The facade was fitted with 14 cm of insulation and finished with crepi, giving it a sleek and fresh look. At the bottom, a plinth in granulate grain was chosen — durable and low-maintenance. Aluminium window sills and new windows enhance the home’s modern character. The rainwater drainage was renewed in zinc, and a profile was installed along the roof edge for a neat, technical finish. A complete result that is both visually appealing and functionally sound.
