CLEYS

In Herne, this house was completely renewed with a facade renovation that excels both technically and aesthetically. The facades were fitted with 14 cm of insulation and finished with brick slips for an authentic brick appearance. Existing asbestos was carefully removed beforehand. At the base, plinths and window sills in bluestone provide a durable and elegant finish. The rainwater drainage was renewed in zinc, and a profile was installed along the roof edge. The facade tiles of the sloping roof were repositioned, and the fascia board was made of meranti wood. A renovation completed down to the smallest detail, with attention to safety, comfort, and appearance.
