In Merchtem, this terraced house was thoroughly renovated with a facade renovation that combines authenticity and insulation. The existing brick was removed and replaced with 12 cm EPS insulation, finished with brick slips including pointing for a traditional brick look. At the base and around the windows and doors, bluestone provides a durable and stylish finish, with plinths, window sills and a door sill in the same material. A successful renovation that links the charm of brick with modern comfort.
