In Appels, this semi-detached house received a well-executed facade renovation with attention to insulation and finishing. Over a total surface of 102 m², the facades were insulated and finished with crepi, resulting in a clean and timeless appearance. At the bottom, a granulate plinth provides a solid and low-maintenance base. Aluminium window sills and a profile at roof edge level complete the project with a neat and durable finish. A successful renovation that nicely brings together comfort and aesthetics.
