In Berchem, this terraced house underwent a neat facade renovation with great attention to quality and finish. The facades were insulated with 12 cm and finished with crepi for a fresh, modern look. Both the plinth and the window sills were made of bluestone, creating a timeless and elegant result. A sustainable renovation that beautifully balances aesthetics and comfort.
