In Bornem, this terraced house underwent a thorough facade renovation with attention to detail and sustainability. The exterior walls were fitted with 14 cm of insulation and finished with crépi, giving the home a fresh and sleek look. At the bottom, a plinth in granulate texture was chosen, durable and low-maintenance. The zinc rainwater pipe was renewed, and the grille in the facade was replaced as well. A neat and efficient upgrade that’s ready for the future.
