CLEYS

In Dendermonde, this semi-detached house underwent a thorough facade renovation with a strong technical approach. Over a total surface of 230 m², the facades were insulated and finished with crepi, resulting in a clean and durable appearance. Aluminium window sills and a granulate plinth provide a neat finish. At roof edge level, a zinc profile was installed and the concrete gutters were fully reworked and insulated, finished with roofing. The PE rainwater drainage was neatly integrated into the facade and the roof drains were renewed. A total renovation down to the smallest details, with a strong focus on durability and comfort.
