CLEYS

In Evergem, this semi-detached house underwent a complete façade renovation using durable materials and with great attention to detail. The front, side and rear façades were insulated with 14 cm of EPS and finished with self-cleaning crepi, covering a total surface of 105 m². The stepped gable received new blue stone coping stones, giving it a timeless and elegant look. Aluminium window sills and a roof edge profile enhance the modern appearance, while the blue stone plinth provides a solid and stylish base. A successful renovation with a refined finish down to the smallest details.
