CLEYS

In the center of Ghent, this house underwent a thorough facade and roof renovation. After removing the old cement coating, 10 cm of facade insulation was applied and finished with a new layer of crepi. The plinth in granulate texture provides a neat finish at the base. The flat roof was also renewed with 14 cm of insulation, a new skylight, aluminum roof edges and a roofing finish. A complete transformation with attention to comfort and detail.
