In Mariakerke (Ghent), this semi-detached house underwent a stylish façade renovation with great attention to detail. The façades were insulated with 12 cm of EPS and finished with crepi in a colour of choice, covering a total surface of 90 m². At the bottom, a plinth with granulate texture provides a solid and low-maintenance finish. The roof edges were adjusted, and the PVC rainwater pipe was replaced and neatly integrated. A refined renovation that gives the home a fresh, modern look.
