In Moerbeke-Waas, this detached house was given a stylish and energy-efficient façade renovation. The façades were insulated with 14 cm of EPS and finished with standard white crepi, creating a fresh and timeless look. The lower part features a plinth with granular texture, strong and easy to maintain. Aluminium window sills complete the whole with a modern, sleek touch. A total renovation that beautifully combines comfort, aesthetics and sustainability.
