In Nederename, this terraced house received a carefully executed facade renovation with attention to insulation and detail. The facades were insulated with 12 and 14 cm and finished with crepi in a light yellow shade, creating a warm and fresh appearance. At the bottom, a blue stone plinth forms a solid and timeless base. The new zinc rainwater drainage completes the finish both technically and visually. A well-thought-out renovation that nicely combines comfort and appearance.
