In Sint-Niklaas, this house received a fresh facade renovation with attention to detail and sustainability. The facades were insulated with 10 cm and finished with plaster in a soft light green color, creating a unique, natural look. Aluminum window sills, a plinth in granular finish, and a zinc rain gutter provide a neat finish. A profile was also installed along the roof edge for a sleek and technically refined result.
