In Schilde, this terraced house underwent a stylish facade renovation with great attention to detail. The facades were insulated with 14 cm and finished with crepi for a modern and refined look. Aluminium window sills and a zinc rainwater drain ensure a sleek, durable finish. The gutter received a new roof covering on the visible and underside, strengthening the overall structure. At the bottom, a bluestone plinth forms a solid and timeless base. A complete renovation that perfectly combines comfort and aesthetics.
