CLEYS

In Wondelgem, this terraced house underwent a complete facade renovation with a strong focus on insulation and detail. Over a total surface of 85 m², the facades were insulated with 14 cm and finished with crepi for a clean and timeless look. The front facade features a blue stone plinth, while the rear facade was finished with a granulate plinth and spuitkurk. Aluminium window sills and a profile at roof edge level ensure a neat and durable finish. A well-considered renovation that perfectly combines comfort and appearance.
