CLEYS

In Grobbendonk, this semi-detached house underwent a total renovation where the facade, roof and joinery were all addressed. The facade was finished with spray cork and, together with the new windows and doors, provides a fresh and durable upgrade. The roof works cover 96 m² and the facade works 35 m², resulting in a complete technical and aesthetic renewal of the home. Plinths, thresholds and window sills in blue stone create a timeless and solid base, while the rainwater drainage in zinc ensures a clean and durable finish. A total project that nicely combines comfort, energy efficiency and appearance.
