CLEYS

In Zwijndrecht, this house underwent a complete renovation of both the facade and the roof, with a focus on comfort, energy efficiency, and quality finishing. The facade was fitted with 16 cm of insulation and finished with white crepi, creating a fresh and modern look. A plinth in granulate grain provides a strong, low-maintenance base, while aluminium window sills and a zinc rainwater drainage ensure a sleek finish. The roof was also completely renewed: the old covering was removed, 14 cm of PIR insulation was installed, and the roof was fully rebuilt. In addition, two chimneys were demolished to achieve a cleaner roofline. A thorough upgrade from top to bottom, delivering a beautiful result and increased living comfort.
