In De Klinge, this closed house underwent a compact yet well-thought-out facade renovation. The facades were insulated and finished with a combination of spray cork and brick slips, creating a nice balance between a clean and more characterful appearance. At the bottom, a blue stone plinth was chosen, solid and timeless. With a total facade surface of 60 m², this is a successful renovation that nicely combines comfort and aesthetics.
