In Hofstade, this detached house underwent a striking facade renovation using a combination of materials. The facades were insulated with 8 cm of insulation and finished with spray cork in an off-white color. For a stylish contrast, part of the facade was covered with black manganese brick slips. The plinth, finished in a different spray cork color, ties the whole together and creates a refined base. A modern renovation that gives the home both character and class.
