In Berlare, this Semi-detached house received a refreshed look with a durable spray cork facade finish. The left upper side wall was insulated with 10 cm and directly finished with spray cork in the color Silver Grey, covering a surface of 100 m². At the bottom, a plinth in a contrasting color (Plinth Dark) adds a stylish accent. Aluminum window sills and a roof edge profile complete the sleek, contemporary finish. A modern facade upgrade that beautifully combines technique and aesthetics.
