CLEYS

In Beveren-Waas, this terraced house underwent a thorough renovation. The facade was fitted with 12 cm of insulation and finished with spray cork, featuring a plinth in a contrasting color for a stylish accent. Aluminum window sills and a new zinc rainwater pipe provide a neat and durable finish. The roof was also renovated: both the pitched and flat roofs received new insulation and a complete overhaul. A total project with a strong and future-oriented result.
