In Bornem, this semi-detached house received a compact yet carefully executed facade renovation. The facades were insulated with 12 cm and finished with spray cork, resulting in a total surface of 45 m². At the bottom, a blue stone plinth provides a solid and timeless base, while the window sills in the same blue stone create a harmonious overall look. A small intervention with a big impact on appearance and comfort.
