CLEYS

In Ninove, this house underwent a complete upgrade of both façade and roof. The exterior walls were insulated with 14 cm of EPS and then directly finished with spray cork. A contrasting spray cork colour was chosen for the plinth, adding a playful yet elegant accent. The pitched roof was also renovated: the old roofing was removed and replaced with a new underlay, battens and accessories. A zinc rainwater system completes the project, both technically and visually. A thoughtful renovation that perfectly combines comfort and appearance.
