In Putte, this semi-detached house underwent a thorough facade renovation with attention to detail and functionality. The facades were insulated with 12 cm EPS and finished with spray cork in an off-white color, creating a fresh and natural look. The plinth was finished in a contrasting spray cork color for a stylish accent. Aluminum window sills and a roof edge profile provide a sleek and durable finish. Practical elements were also addressed: the outdoor tap and electrical connections were extended, and the facade vent was renewed. A well-considered renovation that beautifully combines aesthetics and comfort.
