In Sinaai-Waas, this semi-detached house was completely refreshed with a combination of insulation and spray cork. The façades were fitted with 10 cm EPS insulation and then directly finished with spray cork, resulting in a natural and low-maintenance look. The windows and doors were also renewed, enhancing not only the appearance but also the home’s energy efficiency. A well-thought-out renovation that perfectly combines aesthetics and functionality.
