CLEYS

In Kalmthout, this home underwent a total renovation where the façade, roof, and joinery were all renewed. The façades were insulated with 18 cm insulation and finished with spray cork in the color Off-white, creating a fresh and contemporary look. Black PVC windows and doors provide a stylish contrast and emphasize the modern character. The roof was also thoroughly upgraded with 12 cm PIR insulation and new Velux windows for extra light and comfort. A plinth, sills, and window ledges in blue stone give the house a timeless, durable base. Finally, the new rainwater drainage ensures a neat technical finish. A total project that perfectly combines energy efficiency, aesthetics, and living comfort.
