In Kieldrecht, this semi-detached house underwent a thorough renovation with great attention to finish and sustainability. The facade was fitted with a plinth and window sills in blue stone, providing a timeless and solid base. The downpipes and hanging gutter were renewed in zinc, and a new fascia board was placed under the roof for a neat finish. The roof itself was completely renovated and fitted with solar panels, preparing the home for an energy-efficient future. A stylish and functional upgrade from top to bottom.
