For this house, a total renovation of the façade and roof was chosen. The façades received 14 cm of EPS insulation and were finished with spray cork, giving a natural and low-maintenance look. The roof was completely renovated and insulated, with the installation of five new Velux windows for extra natural light. In addition, all windows and doors were replaced. Aluminium window sills complete the sleek finish. A thorough renovation that combines comfort, energy efficiency, and visual appeal.
