The safe and sustainable solution for sensitive surfaces
When to choose softwash?
- Stubborn biological pollution: When moss, algae and black deposits from air pollution are present on the façade or roof.
- Sensitive surfaces: Softwash is a good option for more delicate surfaces such as render, façade brick, wood, natural stone or certain roof tiles.
- Roofs and façades that need to stay clean for a long time: Homes located in areas with lots of greenery are more likely to suffer from soiling. For this, softwash is an ideal solution.
Why softwash?

- Efficient water usage – less water is needed than with high-pressure cleaning.
Softwash
How does it work?
- Preparation – Protect windows, doors and surrounding surfaces if necessary.
- Application of cleaning agent – This biodegradable product is brushed or sprayed onto the façade or roof.
- Dwell time – The product needs 30 minutes to 1 hour to penetrate deep into the dirt and destroy the roots of algae and moss.
- Rinsing (if needed) – Façades are rinsed, but roofs usually do not need rinsing, as the product naturally degrades and disappears with rainfall.
- Rinsing of windows and doors – For a streak-free final result.
