In an eco-friendly way

Steam cleaning is an extremely effective and eco-friendly method to thoroughly clean your façade without using chemicals. By spraying saturated steam at low pressure onto the façade, dirt is loosened and easily removed, without damaging the surface.

This technique works through the condensation process: when the hot steam (120–160°C) reaches the façade, it cools down and condenses. This releases dirt, even from the deeper pores of the stone or concrete.

  • When the façade has light to moderate soiling such as green deposits (algae and moss) and black atmospheric pollution.
  • For old polluted façades that are sensitive to aggressive methods, such as natural stone or brick.
  • It is an eco-friendly alternative to chemical cleaning in cases of mild soiling.

How do we work?
Method of work
  1. Preparation: inspection of the façade and protection of windows and doors if necessary.
  2. Application of cleaning agent (if needed)
  3. Steam cleaning: saturated steam (120–160°C) is sprayed onto the façade at low pressure.
  4. Rinsing with water

💡 For very stubborn dirt such as paint and soot layers, chemical cleaning is a better option.
