Grant for having your roof insulated
Having your roof insulated is good for your comfort, your energy bill, and our planet. By keeping heat outside in summer and inside in winter, you help achieve climate targets. Your reward: financial support in the form of various grants.
The Flemish government provides the “Mijn VerbouwPremie” (My Renovation Grant) for roof renovation and insulation, allowing you to recover up to 40% of your total invoice depending on your income (2025). For energy renovations such as roof insulation, grid operator Fluvius still offers an EPC label grant until the end of 2024. You may also be entitled to additional support from your province or municipality.

How much does it cost to have your roof insulated?
The price for insulating a flat or pitched roof differs from project to project. You need to take into account a whole range of specific factors.
