1. Refer a friend, family member or neighbour

Fill in the form or ask the new customer to mention, when requesting a quote, that he or she came to Cleys through you.

2. We prepare a new quote

The referred person requests a new quote from Cleys for his or her renovation project.

3. Both quotes are approved

As soon as both your quote and the new customer’s quote are approved, the discount is granted according to the applicable promotion conditions. This way, you both enjoy a discount on your facade, roof or energy renovation.

✅ Customers whose project is currently in progress;

✅ Customers whose project has already been completed;

✅ Always in combination with a new customer, who does not yet have a quote or ongoing file with Cleys.

I am already a customer. Can I refer someone?

➡️ Yes. Both customers with an ongoing project and customers whose project has already been completed can participate. This must always be in combination with a new customer who has not yet requested a quote.

Can someone participate if they have already received a quote?

➡️ No. The promotion only applies to new customers who do not yet have a quote or ongoing file with Cleys. But if you approve your new quote, you can of course refer a friend or neighbour yourself, so that both of you are entitled to the discount.

When is the discount granted?

➡️ The discount is granted as soon as both quotes are officially approved.

Does the new customer have to mention my name?

➡️ Yes. The new customer must indicate when making the request that he or she came to Cleys through you.

Promotion conditions ‼️🏡

To qualify for the friends, family and neighbours discount, the following conditions apply:

  • The promotion is only valid when at least two parties are involved.
  • The referred person must be a new customer at Cleys.
  • At the time of the request, the referred person must not yet have a quote or ongoing file with Cleys.
  • When requesting a quote, the referred person must mention which existing customer referred him or her.
  • Both the existing customer and the new customer must have an approved quote at Cleys.
  • The discount is only granted after both quotes have been officially approved.
  • The existing customer may have an ongoing project or a project that has already been completed.
  • Cleys reserves the right to check requests and to modify or stop the promotion conditions without prior notice.
